TUBA (belly button) Incision

Belly Button or Trans Umbilical

The TUBA incision (belly button, navel, or transumbilical incision) is made within the navel.
This is perhaps the least common of all the incisions because it does require a high level of experience. It is also restricted to Saline implants because they are not pre-filled so can be inserted rolled up into a small size for insertion.
It is far away from the actual breast area so be sure that your surgeon is experienced in this procedure because there is a higher level of difficulty in achieving good placement.
